The Micron-Master^® ULV fogging equipment are manufactured by Cardinal Professional Products in Woodland, CA. The EL series foggers come in 1, 2, or 3 nozzle configurations, each capable of generating 2 oz per minute (per nozzle) of particles in the sub-15 micron size range. The Micron-Master EL Foggers can be purchased mounted on a cart for easy maneuverability at application sites. Units come with a mounted 5 gallon pail bracket and electric timer for automatic applications. All EL series foggers operate on 110 V with 220 V optional.
For large scale operations, the EL Series foggers can be mounted on a push cart, and powered by an optional generator for portability. This allow for operations without the use of electrical extension cords.
For applications in areas with compressed air available, the Micron-Master Air Series foggers generate sub-10 micron particle sizes. These patented nozzles put out a very fine, dry fog which will carry particles in areas most other foggers can't reach. Nozzle output is 0.5 ounces per minute per nozzle. The portable A-Series fogger can be hooked up to existing air lines, or run off portable air compressors. 50 psi is all that is needed to efficiently apply liquids through the nozzles.
Sub-10 micron size particles will reach far into inaccessible areas where other sprayers cannot reach.
The time-proven Fogmaster Tri-Jet ® 6208 fogger serves the needs of a wide range of uses for both indoor and outdoor application. Food plants, hotels, barns, parks and hospitals are just a few examples of sites which depend on the Fogmaster Tri-Jet for effective treatment. The portable 6208 is a "cold fogger" -- it handles both water- and oil-based solutions -- and has a one-turn control knob to adjust particle size and degree of misting. The Fogmaster Micro-Jet ULV® 7401 fogger allows precise adjustment of particle size, under 7 micron VMD, for ultra low volume application. This allows use of more concentrated fogging solutions, and speeds up treatment time -- at typical ULV application rates, the Micro-Jet covers 2-4,000 cubic feet per minute.) A 10-turn precision needle valve controls liquid output and droplet size. Set the valve to a low flow rate to produce near-invisible ULV droplets. For heavier fogs and mists, Increase the flow rate. Once the valve has been set, you can use the vernier calibration to return to the same setting, or snap a lock ring to prevent accidental changes. For a brochure, click here.
